The Challenge
The site's proximity to the Lagos lagoon required specialised deep piling — over 1,200 bored piles to bedrock. Coordinating 6 simultaneous subcontractor streams while maintaining schedule demanded NOTGATE's full multi-project management system. Additionally, the client required uninterrupted power systems and a fibre-optic backbone capable of supporting 10,000 concurrent users.
The Solution
NOTGATE deployed its proprietary deep-piling methodology using a combination of continuous flight auger and bored cast-in-situ techniques. A dedicated project war room with real-time drone monitoring and BIM coordination kept all 6 subcontractor streams aligned. A 2.5MVA backup power plant and redundant fibre network were installed to future-proof the towers.
