The Challenge
Healthcare construction demands precision in MEP systems, infection control, and medical gas infrastructure. The site had limited access for large equipment, and the state required phased handover so emergency services could begin while construction continued.
The Solution
NOTGATE implemented a clean-build protocol with dedicated infection-control officers on site 24/7. Medical gas pipelines, HVAC with HEPA filtration, and uninterruptible power systems were installed by certified specialists. A phased handover saw the emergency department open 8 months before the main hospital, serving the community during the final construction phase.
