The Challenge

Operating in a new country meant navigating Ghanaian building codes, import regulations, and a different labour market. The client required LEED Gold certification and a 15-month programme — 3 months shorter than NOTGATE's typical commercial timeline.

The Solution

NOTGATE established a Ghana subsidiary 6 months before breaking ground, hiring local talent and partnering with Ghanaian subcontractors. A dedicated import-logistics team pre-cleared all materials to avoid port delays. The project was delivered using NOTGATE's Nigerian quality standards adapted for Ghanaian regulatory requirements.
